Our general terms of business have been developed on the basis of statutory provisions and laws as well as the recommendation of the association of Hanseatic marine insurers.

Our terms of business divide in

• "General Terms of Business" and
• "Special Conditions for the sale of Damaged Goods".

Our terms of business shall apply in any case unless differing terms have been agreed before acceptance of the order and countersigned by a managing director of our company. Business terms of our Principals shall not apply.

We expressly reserve the right to adapt our conditions to eventual legal and other necessities at any time and without further notice. They become applicable immediately on publication on our Homepage.
